New Policy Institute at Johns Hopkins to Promote Evidence in Education

The Johns Hopkins University School of Education has announced the creation of a new policy center. The new center is headed by David Steiner, the former dean at the School of Education at Hunter College and former Commissioner of Education from the state of New York. The organization will be non-partisan with the mission of having a national impact promoting evidence in education. The center is projected to open August 1, 2015.
