Poor Performance On 2010 Naep Civics Scores

The National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) for 2010 reports that students of all ages have poor knowledge of how the democratic process works, although 4th graders and Hispanics have improved, those about to graduate from high school score poorly on knowledge of civics and government.
