Creating an Evidence-based Special Education Culture<\/p>\n

On February 23, 2006 The Wing Institute presented\u00a0Evidence Based Education and the Culture of Special Education\u00a0at the 6th Annual Campbell Collaboration Colloquium. The presenters were Ronnie Detrich who presented “An Expanded Model of Evidence-based Practice in Special Education” and “Research to Practice: An analysis of the Interaction between the Research Community and Special Education”. Jack States presented “Getting There from Here: Creating an Evidenced-based Culture within Special Education”. The discussant for the presentation was Teri Lewis-Palmer of the faculty of University of Oregon.<\/p>\n
