The revision asks states to adopt college and career standards and reward schools for significant improvement in student performance. The blueprint proposes standardizing educational requirements for the entire nation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The proposal provides incentives for states to adopt academic standards that prepare students both for success in college as well as prepare students for the workplace.
