The effect of educational leadership on students\u2019 achievement: a cross\u2010cultural meta\u2010analysis research on studies between 2008 and 2018.\u00a0<\/strong>This meta-analysis examines different leadership approaches and student achievement.\u00a0The results of the analyses reveal that educational leadership has a medium-level effect on students\u2019 achievement. The study finds educational leadership has a greater effect on student achievement in vertical-collectivist cultures (e.g., in Asian) than horizontal-individualistic cultures (e.g., in USA).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
