The toolkits is structured to point and direct administrators to where to find help. The guidelines offer context for the use of the tools and tip sheets, and suggestions for actions you might consider.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Returning to School: A Toolkit for Principals is organized around four sections:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Change<\/li><li>Communication<\/li><li>Collaboration&nbsp;<\/li><li>Care&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These sections of the Toolkit for Principals are not meant to be sequential; one is not more important than the others.
