Issues and concerns previously in the background, such as inequitable access to technology including internet access for online learning at home, are now&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.edweek.org\/ew\/articles\/2020\/05\/13\/enormous-variation-among-state-online-learning-programs.html?cmp=eml-enl-eu-news1&amp;M=59575597&amp;U=553060&amp;UUID=9bc4fda5086bf85fdf82fb5f1a2a674c\">front and center<\/a>.
